I’m Bianca White, founder of The White Room.

My work spans boutique hospitality, accommodation and residential projects — bringing together architecture, psychology, interiors, landscape and operational direction to create spaces that feel immersive, grounded and deeply connected to place.

I’m interested in how people experience space — how atmosphere, materiality and flow shape the way we gather, rest and connect.

My projects often sit between residential and hospitality, balancing functionality with warmth, character and emotional resonance.

My background includes the ownership and transformation of The East Village Hotel in East Balmain, Sydney alongside residential renovations and the development of boutique accommodation projects including Lotus on Lawson in Byron Bay.

I work across the full lifecycle of a project — from concept and spatial direction through to interiors, brand and ongoing operation.
