Lotus on Lawson is owned and developed by Bianca White and the White family, with its operation, redevelopment, creative direction and interiors led by Bianca through The White Room.
Originally reimagined as a private coastal retreat, Lotus continues to evolve through thoughtful, long-term stewardship. Its next chapter includes a magnesium pool, full-spectrum infrared sauna, extensive landscaping and a decorative refresh.
Designed for relaxed coastal living in the heart of Byron Bay, Lotus balances privacy with connection through separate pavilions, generous gardens and seamless indoor–outdoor living. The project reflects our considered approach to longevity, simplicity and enduring value.
